Ref Doc 103, 16/04/26 Notifying the Human Rights Division : I make complaints after complaints but Police PRETEND TO WORK AGAIN AND AGAIN till they pretend not to have any records of what is happening and do victim blaming . As listed in my complaint to IPCC ref doc 101, 150426 , my late father was a CID Officer , I know these fields of law/court/police/ etc very well and the way the Police behave is AS IF THEY ARE ACCOMPLICES of these harassers who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind and temper with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property big house and garden whereby I am sole owner . Neighbors FLAMMANTS/DODOS Destroying & STEAL (clothes, cleaning solutions) throw dog excrement/urine/ rubbish , Neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS in complicity with Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 do 'DIAB' infront of my property (spreading DIRTY OILY BLOODY SUBSTANCE, coconut,dead rats/lizards/snails ) but still the Police of Sodnac do not take my statements. They act in all impunity as if justice is in their hands. I do not know what is the real motive of these Neighborhoods dodo/flammant and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 SINCE THE POLICE IS Neither taking my complaints nor doing their inquiries ; (i) they support my enemies of Cases HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/Police/Private companies etc , this is why FLAMMANT keep shouting 'WHY I AM NOT AVOUE-ing' (ii) they support GANDIA (iii) they are pervert and sexual predators EACH TIME pushing from the BACK. I will NOT forgive the POLICE till those neighbourhoods / Scavengers are ARRESTED and put " hors d'état de nuire'. Same as the years 2011/14 the Government is already failing in all its promises/cutting pensions & benefits and rising all prices and the law & order is MEDIOCRE. Due to the behaviour of the Police, I have LOST TRUST in this Government in Power.
